Bilet Heating

The heating plant of the brass billets, combined with presses and barbells are two types in our factory:

- Gas ovens. Using a mixture of methane gas and air to bring the billet to the optimum temperature of molding.

- Induction furnaces. Use electrical energy to bring the billet to the optimum temperature of molding. The latter technology has properties reheating of excellent billets. You can keep a constant monitoring of the operation through the use of optical pyrometers and dedicated software.
